We offer townhome (2 story) rentals at a reasonable rent. The community is pleasant, well-maintained with a full time Property Manager and Maintenance technician on site. Convenient front door access to your unit. We do accept housing assistance or vouchers. We do accept up to (2) pets. There is a minimum income requirement of 2 times the rental amount. Background and approval is required for any applicant age 18 or older before the rental process can be completed and/or any deposits or rent is accepted (by online payment only.)
